Staff Update
THANK YOU, all who have signed up to take on the many tasks that go into making CHIC 2009 a reality! We know that you are motivated to serve and anxious to discover what your specific role at CHIC will be. We are in the process of finalizing adult registrations and will then be able to match staff members to assignments. The goal is to have this task completed by June 15, and then to notify staff members by email (as soon as possible after June 22) regarding their assignments. Also note that we are still in need of additional staff members and have extended the adult registration deadline to June 19 (same as late student registration deadline). Staff registering between now and the extended deadline will need to be flexible about their assignments and will receive word on them as soon as possible. We are excited to see you in Knoxville!
If you have already signed up make sure you take a few minutes and go through the mandatory online training; you have to have this training completed prior to arriving at CHIC. Also make sure you have filled out the gifts and interests assessment that was emailed to you from UT when you registered. If you did not get this email or no longer have it please contact us and we will have that information resent to you.
