The countdown until CHIC is now down to minutes. Hamburgers and hotdogs are grilling, the DJ is popping, the campus is buzzing and the Welcome Party is about to begin. The rain has stopped and hopes for clear skies are high. Check back for updates and photos later today as CHIC gets underway!
