Excursions

AFTER the University of Tennessee sends a confirmation email to group leaders that they have received their group’s registration forms, group leaders may use the login information and follow this link (Excursion Registration) to complete the online registration process for excursions. Individuals may not register themselves for excursions, only group leaders are to access this page. Once the excursion registration is completed you may not change your excursion choice. You may, however, login again to add additional excursion registrations for your group. If choosing to register online all payments must be made with a credit card. If you wish to register for excursions using a check you must fill out the paper registration form and mail it to UT.

PLEASE NOTE: The University of Tennessee will mail Excursion Registration information AFTER you send in your CHIC registration forms. To help the group leader gather excursion requests and payments from participants, you may download the Excursion Registration Form.

You may download the Excursion PDF (78 KB) containing the following information.

Each student and counselor may pre-register for up to 2 off-campus excursions; each staff person may pre-register for up to 1 off-campus excursion. Excursion space is limited and will be available on a first come first served basis. Pre-registering will help ensure that your group is able to participate in their first choice of activities. If an excursion is not sold out, groups will be able to purchase tickets upon arrival at CHIC. There will be no refunds or exchanges. If you are unable to use your ticket, you will be responsible for finding your own substitute. In order to participate in excursions on Sunday, July 12, your group must arrive to CHIC one day early on Saturday, July 11 – see your Early Arrival Housing Form for more information.
